• All Learning Center profiles will require a unique primary email address. 

• Sign up using the referee’s name and birthdate.

• Secondary email addresses (i.e. Parent's) may be required on the profile.

Note: Referees must be at least 13 years old to register.

Note: Completion of this module does not issue a referee license. The In-Person Field Training Session (see step 3) is a requirement for all First Time Referees.

• Go to the West Virginia Online Referee Module.

• Complete all of the online course assignments.

Duration:  the online course will take you approximately 5 total hours, which can be completed over multiple sessions. Your progress will be saved as you take the course.

• Go to the Upcoming First Time Referee Courses List.

• Select West Virginia State Referee Committee under Host.

• Register for and attend the appropriate First Time Referee Course.

Cost:  $50

Note: If you are 18+ years old, you must also complete the NCSI Background  Screening (~$30).
