Join us for WVSA State Referee Committee Office Hours

Referees, parents, mentors, and others are invited to join us for weekly Referee Office Hours at 8:00pm EDT on Mondays. They will be hosted by State Director of Referee Development Justin Parnicza, Referee Mentor Tim Eller, and 2023 USYS National Young Male Referee of the Year John Allen from April 1st through June 10th 2024. These informal meetings serve as an open forum to discuss questions, interpret game situations, watch clips, review laws, and address concerns for referees across the state. To register and be kept up to date for all sessions this spring,  please click here.

Development & Guidance Evaluation

Referees interested in receiving a Development & Guidance Evaluation must submit the WV Referee D&G Evaluation Request Form.

**Note: D&G Evaluations DO NOT count towards Regional Upgrade or Maintenance Requirements! Please see Upgrading for details regarding Upgrading to a Regional Referee License.
